Returns Policy - Altitude Zone S.L.
According to the current legislation on consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and its transposition into national law), the following provisions on refunds are laid down:
Right of withdrawal:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the product within a period of 14 calendar days without having to justify its decision. The time limit for exercising withdrawal shall be 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer (other than the carrier), receives the product.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal:

Withdrawal form:
Optionally, the customer may use the withdrawal form that will be provided on request.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be returned at perfect conditionswithout having been used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning.
- The customer shall be responsible for any depreciation of the product if it has been handled in any way other than what is necessary to check its condition.
- The return must be made with your original packaginglabels and all accessories included.
Reimbursements:
- Once the product has been received and its condition has been verified, it will proceed to the reimbursement of the amount paidincluding standard shipping costs (unless the customer selected a more expensive shipping method).
- Reimbursement will be made by the same payment method used in the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
- The reimbursement shall be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:
- Products customised or made-to-measure.
- Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate rapidly.
