HEIGHT SIMULATION IN GYMS
At Altitude Zone, we specialise in creating high performance hypoxia sports halls designed to simulate high-altitude training environments.
HIGH FLOW GENERATOR
With our powerful hypoxia room generator up to 1200 litres per minute can be conditioned depending on the requirements.
The digital display allows real-time monitoring of %O₂, humidity, temperature, flow rate and simulated altitude, ensuring accuracy and performance.
The heat exchange system with copper core and aluminium fins optimises heat dissipation and extends the life of the generator.
The lithium sieve offers high oxygen purity and moisture resistance, which improves the durability of the equipment.

HOW IT WORKS
1️⃣En the passenger compartment, the customer selects the desired altitude by means of a controller. This selection determines the oxygen concentration to be simulated in the environment, corresponding to a certain altitude.
2️⃣Una Once the altitude is set, the controller sends a signal to the hypoxia generator to start working. Its objective is to progressively reduce the percentage of oxygen in the air until the desired level is reached.
3️⃣El hypoxic air (with lower O₂ concentration) is generated and transported via a tube from the generator to the customer's cabin. This makes it possible to simulate real altitude conditions inside the room.
4️⃣ When the system detects that the programmed altitude (i.e. the corresponding oxygen concentration) has been reached, the controller automatically stops the hypoxia generator, keeping the atmosphere stable until a new setting is needed.

Maximum security
1️⃣El in-room controller allows the oxygen generator to be automatically switched off when the room reaches a predefined altitude. This ensures that the oxygen concentration is not further reduced beyond the desired level.
2️⃣El Environmental O₂ meter constantly monitors the oxygen concentration in the air. If it exceeds a set limit, the system activates an audible alarm to alert the user.
3️⃣El smart pulse oximeter measures blood oxygen saturation throughout the night and stores the data in an app. If it detects a drop below a certain threshold, it emits a vibration to wake the client.
